Required products :
1 banana
1/4 melon
1/2 teaspoon skim natural yogurt (or yogurt)
2 tablespoons skim milk powder
1.5 tablespoons orange juice (concentrate)
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method of preparation :
Put the banana in the freezer overnight (do not peel it). When you take it out the next day, remove the peel, cut it into large pieces and put in a blender bowl. Add yogurt and melon (without peel, of course), powdered milk, orange juice, vanilla extract and honey.
Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture, which you distribute in suitable cups and serve immediately.
