Learn how to cook "Milk cream ice cream with strawberries and chocolate". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
- 500 milliliters of whipped cream
- 300 grams of sour cream
- 100 grams of yogurt
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 200 grams of berries
- 50-100 grams of chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon strawberry essence
Method of preparation:
Cool the cream, pour it into a bowl and beat until creamy. Add the sour cream mixed with the powdered sugar and the yoghurt. Stir until smooth.
Put the strawberries together with the essence in a blender and grind them. Pour them into the milk mixture and add the chocolate chips. Stir until the products are mixed and pour into a box with a lid.
Cover with cling film and close the box. Freeze for 4-5 hours, pour into dessert cups and enjoy the wonderful taste and aroma.
