Necessary products:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups fresh milk
  • nutmeg

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs, add the sugar, then the nutmeg and the milk. Pour the mixture into suitable cups and cook in a water bath for 30 minutes. Check the readiness of the cream with a knife, dipping it into the mixture: if it stays clean after removing it - the cream is ready.
