Necessary products:
250 grams of mushrooms
1 onion
3 tbsp thick cream
4 eggs
spices of your choice
parsley
oil

Method of preparation:
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, stew them in oil. Add the finely chopped onion and fry until soft. Then add the cream, stir, bring to a boil and add salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, salt them, season with whatever you prefer and add the parsley (finely chopped).
Drizzle the mushrooms with the eggs and let them bake in the oven.
