This is a delicious cake without baking - the dream of every housewife.
Necessary products:
400 grams of oatmeal cookies
5 s. l. cocoa
1/2 liter of water
200 grams of butter
2 tsp grated orange peel
500 grams of sugar
Method of preparation:
Make syrup (sugar and water) and leave to cool. Mix the butter with the cocoa and mix with the syrup. You already have the cream. Start alternating layer of biscuits, layer of cream and so on until the products run out. Spread cream on top and sprinkle with grated orange peel. You can decorate with berries. Leave for 3 hours in the cold.
