Required products :

  • 6 plums, cut and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • peel and juice of 1 orange
  • 100 grams of oatmeal
  • 50 grams of oat bran
  • 50 grams of quinoa
  • 1 liter of almond milk mixed with 400 milliliters of water
  • 2 teaspoons crushed almonds

Method of preparation :

Drizzle the plums with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake them for about 25 minutes until caramelized. Drizzle them with orange juice and bake for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the oats, bran and quinoa for 20 minutes until the mixture is creamy and sticky.

Divide the porridge between 4 bowls, put 3 slices of plums in each. Drizzle with all the juices separated in the pan and make a grid with maple syrup, then sprinkle with orange and almonds.
