How To Cook Pork Chops With Mushrooms And Onions In A Pan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 pork chops with bone
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, cut into strips
  • 230 grams of mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 tea glass of white wine
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • dry rosemary
  • dried thyme

Method of preparation :

  • Season the steaks on both sides with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the meat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a plate and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Reduce the heat and sauté the onions in the pan until soft and translucent.
  • Add the garlic, stir and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add the mushrooms and sprinkle with a pinch of salt to separate the water.
  • When soft, pour white wine over them and after the sauce boils, return the steaks to the pan.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes or until the pork is ready.
  • Serve the steaks warm, generously garnished with onions and mushrooms.
