How To Cook Potato Meatballs With Rice, Processed Cheese And Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato meatballs with rice, melted cheese and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • garlic if desired
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon boiled rice
  • 150-200 grams of melted cheese
  • connection green onions
  • 1 red onion
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the peeled potatoes, salt them and add the cooked rice, both onions, eggs and three tablespoons of flour. Stir.

Scoop out the dough with a spoon and arrange in a hot pan with oil, forming loaves. In the middle of each put a piece of melted cheese and cover with a spoonful of potato-rice mixture.

Fry the meatballs until golden. The rice is not felt, it merges with the potatoes.
