Required products :

  • 2 potatoes
  • 100 grams of canned corn
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • coriander to taste
  • 5 feathers green onions
  • 100 grams of pitted olives
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut onions into small pieces, olives into circles, potatoes into cubes. Pour the potatoes on paper to drain excess moisture, then fry in hot fat. Add salt at the end of cooking.
