Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes, well washed and diced
  • 1 teaspoon whole yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cucumber, well washed and grated
  • fresh dill for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • Put the diced potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with salted water.
  • Heat over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes until softened.
  • Remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with salt while still warm and set aside to cool.
  • Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, garlic and salt. Season with pepper to taste and stir.
  • Add the grated cucumber and stir again.
  • Add the tzatziki sauce to the bowl with the potatoes and mix gently to cover evenly with the milk mixture. Try and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  • Divide the salad into bowls, sprinkle with fresh dill and serve.
