How To Cook Potatoes With Mushrooms And Garlic In Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potatoes with mushrooms and garlic in cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

8 potatoes
400 grams mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
parsley
oil
salt and ground black pepper
300 milliliters high-fat liquid cream

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into thin circles.

Pour them into a colander and rinse under cold running water to wash away the starch. Wait for the liquid to drain well.

Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan and pour over the potato rings. Stir well so that everyone is covered with fat.

Season with salt and ground black pepper and stir until sticky.

When this happens, add the crushed garlic cloves and pour enough cream to cover them completely (but no more).

Reduce heat to low and let the potatoes cook for about 5 minutes, until the cream thickens slightly.

Cut the mushrooms into plates, fry them in a pan with hot oil and add salt.

Then pour over the potatoes, add chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste and mix everything.

Transfer the dish to a suitable pan and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
