How To Cook Puff Pastry With Sausages, Eggs And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Butter patties with sausages, eggs and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 8 sausages of your choice, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.
  • Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Beat 5 eggs in a bowl and add them to the pan. After about 1 minute, start stirring with a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from the heat.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour on a clean and flat surface.
  • Spread the puff pastry, lightly roll out and cut 8 rectangles.
  • Spread the scrambled eggs on top, sprinkle with yellow cheese and put a sausage at the short end.
  • Roll up, spread with egg and season with salt and pepper. Arrange in the tray with the edge facing down.
  • Bake the patties for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool briefly, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
