Learn how to cook "Raw fruit puree with wheat germ and walnuts". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
100 grams of wheat germ
2 medium ripe bananas
70 grams of dates
handful of walnuts (or cedar)
1 sweet or semi-sweet fruit of your choice
Method of preparation:
Mix the wheat germ, dates and bananas, grind them thoroughly with a blender. Pour the resulting mixture into a suitable container (plate or bowl), sprinkle with nuts and decorate with pieces of fruit (apple, pear or other). The porridge is ready. It is sweet enough and you do not need to sweeten it. You can use all kinds of nuts and fruits, they do not have to be exactly those listed in the recipe.
