Pour the rice into a saucepan with cold salted water and add the butter. The liquid should be twice the amount of rice. Boil the beans over low heat under a lid. Once they absorb all the water, they are ready.
Add the sour cream to the beaten eggs and stir. When the rice has cooled a bit, mix it with this combination.
Fry the chopped onion lightly with the minced meat and season to taste.
Grease the bottom of the appropriate shape with oil and spread an equal layer of half the rice, on it - a row of minced meat, and again rice.
Level the surface and put pieces of oil on it.
Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) until a yellow crust forms.
