How To Cook Rice Casserole With Minced Meat, Sour Cream And Egg - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced meat (mixture or optional)
  • 340 grams of rice
  • onion head
  • 350 grams of sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sweet red pepper
  • 60 grams of butter
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the rice into a saucepan with cold salted water and add the butter. The liquid should be twice the amount of rice. Boil the beans over low heat under a lid. Once they absorb all the water, they are ready.

 

Add the sour cream to the beaten eggs and stir. When the rice has cooled a bit, mix it with this combination.
