Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of raw sausage
  • 3 heads of old onions
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 200 grams of small fresh mushrooms
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 30 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt and heat the butter. Fry the sausage on all sides, drain and set aside. Peel an onion, cut it into crescents and fry it together with the chopped mushrooms in the oil.

Season with sugar, salt, wine and pepper. Add finely chopped fresh dill and stew the vegetables for 10 minutes. Remove the lid, add the sausages, cool and serve.

Divide into portions and serve.
