Learn how to cook "Shrimp skewers with vegetables and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
large shrimp
mushrooms
red and yellow sweet peppers
green spices
garlic
soy sauce
olive oil
black pepper
salt
Method of preparation :
Peel the shrimp, cut the mushrooms into 2-4 pieces, the peppers - into equal sized squares.
Mix these products in a suitable container and pour the marinade of olive oil and soy sauce, to which add finely chopped green spices and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Stir and let the shrimp stand for 15 minutes so that the different flavors can be absorbed.
Then string on wooden skewers, alternating products.
Bake for 5-10 minutes in the oven or use a grill.
