Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the rice. Add salt, black pepper, smoked and hot pepper, chili, corn, peas, carrots and stir. Season with lemon juice and soy sauce.
Pour the broth and simmer the rice over low heat until the liquid is reduced. Cool, sprinkle and garnish with quartered boiled eggs. Serve and eat.
