How To Cook Spicy Rice Salad With Peas, Carrots, Corn And Eggs - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of blanched rice
  • 6 teaspoons of broth of your choice
  • salt, pepper
  • 5 grams of smoked paprika
  • 5 grams of hot red pepper
  • a pinch of chili
  • 100 grams of corn
  • 1 peeled and diced carrot
  • 100 grams of frozen peas
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the rice. Add salt, black pepper, smoked and hot pepper, chili, corn, peas, carrots and stir. Season with lemon juice and soy sauce.

Pour the broth and simmer the rice over low heat until the liquid is reduced. Cool, sprinkle and garnish with quartered boiled eggs. Serve and eat.
