Method of preparation:
Clean, wash, dry and cut the spinach, onion, apple and radish in a bowl. Season with olive oil, salt and lemon juice to taste. Stir and garnish with chopped eggs.
In another bowl put the yogurt, honey, balsamic vinegar and mix until smooth. Finely chop the parsley and season the dressing with it. Cool the salad and serve it, garnished with milk sauce.
