Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 8 pieces of pork sausages
  • 50 grams of bacon salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, cut in bulk
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 150 milliliters of red wine
  • 400 grams of chopped tomatoes
  • handful of pitted green olives (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 400 grams of canned beans

Method of preparation:

Heat olive oil and fry whole sausages in it for about 5-8 minutes. Take them out of the pan and set them aside.

Fry the sausage in the same pan for 2 minutes.

Add the peppers for 3 minutes until golden. Remove the peppers and salami to a plate.

Fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes, season with hot pepper and oregano.

Pour the wine into the bowl, after boiling add the tomatoes, olives, tomato paste, sugar and beans. Carefully return the sausage, sausage and peppers to the bowl.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour in the oven at 170 degrees.

Remove the coating and bake the dish for another 5 minutes to get an appetizing look.

Serve with crispy bread.
