Required products :

  • 12 potatoes
  • 500 milliliters of cream (can be liquid, can be sour)
  • 400 grams of mushrooms (whatever you prefer)
  • 1 head old onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes, which you must first peel and cut into small cubes. Transfer to a tray.

Fry the onion, add the mushrooms and cook until golden. Then pour the grated carrots and stew until soft.

Finally, pour the cooking cream, stir and wait for the mixture to boil. When this happens, pour the potatoes and place the dish in the oven (180 degrees) for 15 minutes.
