Required product and:
6 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup boiled rice
100 grams fried mushrooms
25 grams butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley or other green spice of your choice
3 tablespoons grated yellow
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and carefully cut off the top. Then carve the inside with the seeds, leaving about 1 cm of "walls".
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, fried mushrooms, melted butter, chopped green spices, salt and pepper to taste, grated cheese and chopped tomatoes. Mix everything and fill the tomatoes with the resulting combination.
