How To Cook Sweet Potato Smoothies With Soy Milk, Ginger And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon warmed soy milk
  • 1/2 cup sweet potato puree (boiled and mashed)
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil
  • grated or finely chopped ginger (do not overdo it)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated cashew nut (f
  • cloves to taste (add last)

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the mashed sweet potatoes into a blender and pour a glass of slightly warmed soy milk. Add 2 tablespoons of almond oil and spices, except cloves.

Puree and pour into a glass. If you have decided to use cloves, now is the time to add it (just sprinkle it on the finished drink).
