Tortilla cakes turn any "sandwich" into a compact and quick breakfast and are suitable to be eaten anywhere and anytime. The advantage is the extremely low content of carbohydrates, unlike traditional bread, which makes them very suitable for people on a diet. And not just for them - anyone who likes to diversify their food can include a variety of tortilla sandwiches in their menu. Here is another suggestion from us:

Necessary products:

  • 2 teaspoons kale (kale)
  • 2 pieces of well-ripened avocado
  • 1 apple
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon goat cheese
  • 2 wholemeal tortillas

Method of preparation:

Cut the kale leaves and mash them with a little salt until soft. Peel the apples and avocado and cut them into thin slices. Mix the kale well with the fruit and season with olive oil and lemon juice. Stir well to mix all flavors.

Sprinkle the tortilla with goat cheese and top with the salad. Wrap for later in parchment paper, or eat right away!

Have a good time!
