2 tea cups peeled walnuts
almost full tea cup sugar
1/4 tea cup water
Method of preparation is:
Pour the water into a saucepan, pour the sugar into it and boil the syrup. Add the walnuts and increase the heat. When the water boils, remove the pan from the heat and stir the contents thoroughly. Then pour the walnuts on parchment or in a pan to dry.
Wait for them to cool well and serve.
