Learn how to cook "Watermelon salad with feta cheese and honey dressing". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 2 tea cups watermelon, diced, seedless
- 2 tea cups lettuce, mix of your choice
- 280 grams of feta cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 red onion, cut into strips
For the dressing :
- 1/2 cup watermelon
- 1/4 tea cup of honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup cold pressed olive oil
Method of preparation :
- In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, lettuce, cheese and onion. Stir gently.
- Prepare the dressing by blending the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
- Add honey, apple cider vinegar and mustard and mash briefly.
- Gradually add olive oil and turn the blender back on until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Pour the dressing into the saucer.
- Arrange the salad on a plate and serve with the honey dressing.
