- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt with 6 g of grated cheese.
Fruit suggestions :
- 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 banana (or salad of these fruits);
- 25 g of unsweetened bran with sliced pear;
- half a medium-sized melon, 100 grams of raspberries (maybe fresh-frozen), biscuit.
