Therefore, the representatives of the sign must take care of themselves like no other, and this is impossible without proper nutrition .
The weak point of Libra is the kidneys, whose condition can be assessed by the skin under the eyes. In addition, those born under the sign of Libra often suffer from diseases of the spine and joints, with an improper lifestyle can have problems with the nervous system.
Despite their seemingly fragile physique, Libra often suffers from obesity, they like to eat, as a result, often overeat. Many love the salty, which is actually contraindicated for them.
In order to be healthy, it is necessary first of all to give up salty foods (pickles, salted and smoked fish, marinated products, etc.). Consumption of smoked products, margarine, excessive milk intake is not recommended. Sweets should also not be present in the Libra menu. Milk and acids (vinegar, citrus) are not particularly suitable for them. Alcohol is extremely harmful, the body of people of the zodiac does not cope well with it.
Ordinary food is recommended to be consumed in a pleasant atmosphere. Pasta with various vegetable spices, as well as porridge are suitable. Of the meat products are preferably poultry, seafood, lean meats. Food should be rich in vitamins A and E, which are needed by Libra to strengthen immunity and blood vessels. Natural sources of vitamin E are: sprouted grains, malt, alfalfa, vegetable oil. Useful vegetables for Libra are: carrots, beets, lettuce, asparagus, zucchini, squash. Diversify the menu with fruits (especially peaches, grapes, pears and apples).
The mineral salt for the representatives of the sign is sodium phosphate. Contained in carrots, beets, asparagus, corn, peaches, almonds and raisins.
The menu must include products rich in manganese (radishes, pumpkin, figs, sprouted wheat, seafood, eggs, etc.).
In short, the most suitable for Libra is ordinary low-salt food, rich in vitamins A and E, consumed in a pleasant atmosphere.
Different diets are suitable for weight loss : separate diet, vegetarianism. Prolonged diets can be used in combination with unloading days, and low-carbohydrate diets should be avoided.
For quick weight loss are recommended diets based on porridge, diet soups, as well as various fruit diets (watermelon, banana, etc.).

- toasted slice of bran bread, one mashed banana with cinnamon and 2 tablespoons soft cheese, 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice;
- a drink made from a glass of skimmed fruit yoghurt, whipped together with a glass of unsweetened pineapple juice, an egg and a nutmeg to taste.
Lunch:
- bran bread, apple or orange with one of the following additions: 50 grams of smoked salmon with lemon juice, 2 tablespoons beans with a slice of pineapple; 50 grams of lean ham or chicken;
- 2 toasted slices of bran bread, 125 grams of cooked beans or spaghetti, roasted tomatoes, green vegetable salad, a small banana.
Dinner (choose one of the options):
- a slice of melon, 75 grams of lean meat or 125 grams of grilled fish, 250 grams of boiled potatoes with 2 tablespoons of soft cheese and 25 grams of Edam cheese;
- 250 grams of grilled chicken (without skin), green beans, cauliflower, carrots, baked apple with 3 tablespoons of sweetened cereals (bran, oats).
