The weak points of Sagittarius are the liver, circulatory and nervous systems. Since many of them like to eat deliciously, their main task is not to overeat. They should not emphasize fatty and heavy foods, to exclude from their menu the alcohol to which they are often addicted.
The purpose of the diet is not to harm the liver, to strengthen the walls of blood vessels, avoiding anything that leads to spasms. It should start with limiting the intake of animal products, replacing animal fats with vegetable, excluding alcoholic beverages.
In order to enjoy good health, Sagittarius needs to avoid or significantly reduce the consumption of fatty meats (beef, pork, smoked), replacing them with lean species, seafood and fish. You should not get carried away with eating sweet foods and salty foods. Useful for him are legumes (peas, beans, soy), which contain a lot of protein and at the same time are low in calories. Dairy and sour milk products are also preferred.
Sufficient vegetables should be present in the diet , especially those containing silicon (cucumbers, asparagus, raw cabbage, nettles, etc.). It is useful to add parsley, celery, basil, parsnips, coriander, cumin, mint, ginseng and others to the dishes.
Among the fruits most suitable are: dates, mangoes, peaches, oranges, apples.
Energy salts for Sagittarius are silicon dioxide and potassium chloride (the former helps fight fatigue and improves memory, and the latter - regulates cellular metabolism).
Proper nutrition for those born under the sign is low in calories, albeit in large quantities. The main dishes should be beans, porridge, vegetable soups. Also to be rich in vitamins (especially B and C) and trace elements and not to burden the liver. We remind you once again about alcohol - it must be forgotten or reduced to a minimum.
Long-term weight loss diets are suitable for Sagittarius . To quickly deal with excess weight, diets based on porridge, with green peas and vegetables are recommended.
