Cherries are highly recommended for anemia, and housewives are happy to use frozen cherries in the winter when preparing compotes, jelly, fruit drinks, pies and pies, muffins and muffins, strudel and sauces.
You can freeze cherries for the winter with or without a bone. It depends on where you end up using this berry. For compotes, it is enough to freeze the whole berry. With a minimum of effort, you will get an excellent preparation for a delicious drink.
For baking, freeze cherries in sugar. For the preparation of cocktails, sweet sauces, fruit drinks and jelly, it is correct to freeze cherries in sugar syrup. The berry is also well frozen in the form of mashed potatoes with sugar. There is a minimum amount of sugar and after defrosting you will get an excellent ready-made sauce for cheesecakes, pancakes, pancakes or cottage cheese casserole.
Recipes with fresh cherry ingredient

For work, we need fresh cherries, a colander, a kitchen towel, freezer bags.

Sort the cherries, rinse under running water, shake off the moisture well.
