How to freeze nectarine correctly

Nectarines are beautiful bright fruits with excellent taste. According to their properties and content of vitamins and nutrients, nectarines are similar to peaches, but much sweeter and, accordingly, their dietary value is higher. Nectarine contains a lot of iron, phosphorus and potassium, provitamin A, vitamin C, fructose, glucose, malic acid.

Nectarines are an excellent anti-cancer agent. Nectarines also enhance the work of the digestive system and help digest fatty and “heavy” foods. Nectarine fiber helps the proper functioning of the digestive system. And I really want to carefully preserve such beneficial properties of nectarines until winter.

Freezing can help with this. Nectarines tolerate freezing well. You can freeze nectarines in sugar syrup, in pieces, sprinkled with a small amount of sugar, and also in the form of mashed potatoes with sugar. Then frozen nectarines can be added to sweet cereals, casseroles, ice cream, sweet sauces. For freezing, be sure to choose ripe fruits without damage.
