Step 2

 

Sort the sorrel, removing damaged leaves. Rinse well under running water. Dry on a kitchen towel.

Step 3

 

Cut the sorrel into narrow strips.

Step 4

 

Divide into freezer bags.

Step 5

 

Send to the freezer. Use as needed.
