Boletus mushrooms are dried, stewed, boiled, salted and marinated. Fried boletus can be served as an independent dish along with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes, or you can use them as a component for preparing another dish.
For example, properly fried boletus can be used as a filling for pies, pies, dumplings, rolls, pancakes. Fried boletus mushrooms can also be frozen for the winter, and then used to prepare delicious dishes in the winter.

The recipe is pretty simple. For cooking, we need fresh boletus mushrooms - 300 grams, onions - 70 grams, refined sunflower oil (4 tablespoons), salt, knife, frying pan.

Peel vegetables. Add to the mushrooms 80 grams of onion cut into small cubes and 1 carrot grated on a coarse grater.

Boletus mushrooms are fried on a fire below the average for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally. At the end, season with salt to taste.
