Experts believe that overcoming cancer is a sufficient incentive to start leading a healthy lifestyle. Obviously, this is not quite the case. Many studies have shown the beneficial effect of optimal weight and physical activity on disease prognosis and survival. They affect the general condition, the quality of life in general.

Experts believe that the stressful moment for patients can have the opposite effect - instead of starting to live more sensibly, they lose their will for a healthy daily life.
