Do not use:

  • sweets;

  • porridges and noodle-type products intended for quick cooking;
  • white sugar;
  • smoked foods;
  • homemade jams, marmalades, jams, canned food;
  • peanuts;
  • sweet dried fruits (bananas, pears, raisins, figs);
  • fatty fatty foods;
  • fried foods;
  • products containing E's;
  • White rice.
Why is it necessary to exclude products rich in carbohydrates and yeast from the menu?

The reason is that mycosis is caused by a fungus-like yeast, and if you eat foods that contain yeast, you will help them grow.

About carbohydrates. When there is an excessive amount of them in the body, carbohydrate metabolism is disrupted, which raises blood sugar, creating a favorable environment for the development of the fungus.
