We continue with information about the menu from the last three days of the nine-day diet with rice, chicken, vegetables and honey . We will give you some recommendations, adherence to which will help maintain the results achieved.

The menu for the last 3 days:

  • 1.0-1,100 kilograms of vegetables;
  • 2,500 liters of ordinary drinking water;
  • no more than 3 teaspoons of honey.

Finely chop half of the vegetables, boil them or steam them, you can stew them in water.

It is good to use plants with similar flowers (white cabbage, all kinds of onions, zucchini (with the latter not to overdo it)).

Tomatoes, beets, carrots are not banned.

From the remaining amount of vegetables make a salad, for which we give the recipe below.

Divide all this into 6 portions, which are consumed throughout the day.

Follow the recommendations from the first days of the diet.

 

To make the salad you need:
  • 1 head of beets
  • 1 raw carrot
  • a few leaves of cabbage
  • a small amount of parsley or other green spice
  • lemon juice as much as you want
  • 1 teaspoon oil (maximum)
  • if necessary: ​​1 tablespoon water
Method of preparation:

Wash, peel and grate all vegetables. Add chopped parsley to them and season with lemon juice and a little oil. If the salad needs more juiciness, pour a spoonful of water.

What processes occur in the body?

The volume of the stomach is reduced and thanks to vegetables the body receives the necessary complex of minerals and vitamins.

How to keep the new weight?

In order not to gain extra pounds again after the end of the diet, the consumption of:

  • excessively salty foods, including salted fish;
  • sausages and all other smoked products;
  • all kinds of chips, seeds and nuts;
  • carbonated drinks;
  • bread and bakery products;
  • desserts and products high in sugar and carbohydrates.

To be consumed:

  • low-fat or non-fat cheeses (maximum per day is 50 grams);
  • diet bread in moderation (3-4 slices per day);
  • water to drink according to the instructions in the diet;
  • it is not necessary to change the meal schedule - to eat less (portion should not exceed 250 grams), but often (at least 4-5 times a day).
  • not to have dinner after 19:00.
