Toxocariasis is a disease with a parasitic nature , which develops after entering the human body uncharacteristic parasites - toxocariasis.

Parasites do not like hot spices such as: garlic, mustard (especially grains), ginger and horseradish roots, cloves, pepper (black and red), coriander, turmeric, cumin. Therefore, the patient can eat them.
Vegetable fats (especially linseed oil) are also not among the favorites of parasites.
Yogurt products (necessarily natural, without additives, dyes, etc.) fight successfully with the larvae. Also include nuts and seeds in the menu

In order to cleanse the body of toxins, it is necessary to drink large amounts of fluids. Drink at least 1.5 liters of pure filtered still water daily.

Dangerous and harmful foods in toxocariasis:

  • all kinds of sweets;
  • pastries of butter and puff pastry, also of yeast dough;
  • fast food, semi-finished products;
  • foods containing harmful additives;
  • unwashed fruits and vegetables;
  • sweet carbonated drinks;
  • alcohol;
  • fatty and smoked dishes and products;
  • canned food and sausages.

All these foods create a favorable environment for migration and life of toxocara.
