The diet you are about to read is followed only for one day and its task is to purify the body . In the menu you will find bread tea . It is prepared by cutting 200 grams of black bread into pieces and pouring 1 liter of boiling water over it. Leave to soak for 8 - 10 hours and strain the drink.

Get up early and drink a cup of green tea immediately after waking up. Continue to take the listed products at the appropriate hours:

  • 8:00 - a cup of bread tea and an apple;
  • 9:00 - 1/2 cup bread tea + 1/2 cup grape juice (mixed) and 100 grams of grapes (or 50 grams of raisins);
  • 10:00 - 2 cups of green tea;
  • 11:00 - 1/2 cup bread tea + 1/2 cup carrot juice (mixed) and one apple;
  • 12:00 - 1 glass of grape juice and 100 grams of grapes (you can replace with 50 grams of raisins);
  • 15:00 - 2 cups of green tea;
  • 16:00 - 1/2 cup bread tea + 1/2 cup carrot juice (mix them again);
  • 17:00 - a glass of mineral water;
  • 18:00 - 2 - 3 sweet peppers or 1 orange;
  • 19:00 - 1/2 cup bread tea + 1/2 cup apple juice (you can use pear juice);
  • later in the evening drink a cup of green tea.
