Here are the recipes for preparing the proposed dishes

  • Pumpkin salad

Cut raw pumpkin and 2 carrots, mix and pour lemon juice.

  • Pumpkin porridge

Cut the pumpkin and cook for 30 minutes. Then add to it a few tablespoons of some cereal (except semolina) and cook for another 30 minutes. Choose the amount of the portion yourself, but it is desirable that the porridge is not sweetened with sugar.

  • Pumpkin soup

Cut a pumpkin, carrot, pepper, zucchini and two potatoes. Bring everything to a boil and towards the end of cooking add chopped tomato and parsley to taste.

  • Baked pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin into cubes and let it bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. When ready, sprinkle with your favorite spice.

  • Fried pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin into small and thick pieces, roll each in flour and fry.

  • Pumpkin salad with pineapple

Make rusks from white bread (do not use ready-made from the store), cut the pumpkin and pineapple, mix everything and the salad is ready.

  • Pumpkin stew

Cut pumpkin, mushrooms, carrots, onions and zucchini, stew all products, adding a little vegetable fat.

The pumpkin diet includes a varied and nutritious menu, regulates metabolism and after the end of the regime, the weight is maintained. Diet is good for everyone. Only in cases of acute stomach diseases, you should be careful when consuming it raw. It is best then to cook it stewed or boiled.

Important!

Dinner must be no later than 18:00. If you have dinner after this hour, it makes no sense to continue the diet - wait a week and start over. You can use salt in cooking, but in moderation. If you feel hungry between meals, you can eat an apple, pear or some citrus fruit. Bananas and grapes are not recommended because they are high in calories.
