lunch

  • beef steak with boiled vegetables, a cup of green tea

dinner

  • stuffed eggplants with minced meat and vegetables

 

Fifth day


breakfast

  • rusk and a piece of cheese, a boiled egg and 50 grams of turkey

lunch

  • roasted chicken with vegetables, a cup of green tea

dinner

  • spaghetti and a light dessert

Before you decide to go on any diet, consult your personal dietitian to assess and select the ideal diet for you. The diet is suitable for compliance with a minimum of 3 months break from its last application. In no case do not undergo more days than mentioned.
