In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, butter, brown sugar, milk, egg, vanilla extract, then add to dry ingredients, mix well. Add apricots. Put the dough into cupcake molds, decorate with a slice of apricot and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!

10-12 apricots; 120 g butter; 150 g sugar + 50 g for sprinkling; 120 ml of sour cream; 300 g flour; 2 tsp baking powder; 3 eggs; a pinch of salt; vanilla.
Using a mixer, beat room temperature butter with sugar, vanilla and salt. In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder. Add the sifted flour with baking powder to the butter mass in portions, you will get a thick dough. Put the dough in a form covered with parchment, top with apricot halves or slices, sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Happy tea!
