1. Trouble

What could go wrong with eating a glass of ground fruits, vegetables and ice? If only they are present in the drink, nothing, but other ingredients such as chocolate , yogurt or sweetened syrups are usually added to the smoothies . So they can become a source of calories . In some cases, the smoothie is as healthy as a milkshake, for example.
 
To avoid turning the jam into a calorie bomb, it should contain nothing but fresh or frozen unsweetened fruits or vegetables, ice, plain yogurt and unsweetened milk. 
 

2. Cafe

 
Caffeine , like antioxidants, can protect brain cells from the damage that dementia causes. If the choice for a caffeinated beverage is latte with whole milk, for example, 300 calories and 15 g of fat will be added.
 
To avoid this, it is recommended that coffee be consumed black, and that its additives be skim milk and a teaspoon of sugar. 
 
 

3. Sushi


 
Raw fish alone would not add a lot of calories to the menu. However, special sushi rolls are something completely different. They are usually combined with high-calorie ingredients such as cream cheese, spicy mayonnaise, and a large amount of white rice.  
 
It is recommended to consume sashimi, sushi, which contains brown rice, or one without additional caloric supplements.
