This diet contains a lot of vitamins, proteins, fiber and few calories. In three days you can cleanse your intestines and release excess fluid from your body. Even people who do not need to lose weight is good to do such a diet sometimes.
Daily menu (choose one of the suggested options for breakfast, lunch and dinner):
Breakfast
- 1 toasted slice of white bread or rusk, 100 grams of bran, 1 medium orange;
- 1 toasted slice of white bread or rusk, 100 ml of orange juice, 1 soft-boiled egg, 1 tsp light butter or margarine;
- 50 grams of skim cheese, 4 toasted slices of white bread, a slice of melon, 1 tsp light butter or margarine.
Lunch:
- Salad of 150 grams of lettuce and 50 grams of salted salmon, seasoned with 2 tsp skim mayonnaise; a cup of yogurt with 1/2 tsp honey; 2 small slices of wholemeal bread and 1 orange;
- 150 grams of cooked beans with lettuce, toasted slice of bran bread with 1 tsp light butter or margarine, 1 orange;
- 2 boiled medium potatoes, tomato, cucumber, 50 grams of skim cheese, 2 tsp light butter or margarine, 1 orange;
- Boiled beet salad with vegetables, 75 grams of boiled rice with lean boiled beef, 1 orange.
Dinner:
- 75 grams of grilled liver and 75 grams of mushrooms, 125 grams of fresh raspberries with 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 75 grams of green beans, wild garlic, 1 orange;
- Boiled chicken, seasoned with paprika, 1 orange, Brussels sprouts and broccoli - 75 grams each;
- 75 grams of lean pork or lamb, grilled; boiled potatoes, some zucchini and carrots, 125 grams of yogurt, 100 grams of pineapple, 1 orange.
Such a diet can be followed for only one day.
You can repeat the diet once every 2-3 weeks.
