1. Cocktail "Margarita"

 

Lubricate the edges of the Margarita glasses with lime and dip in a plate of salt, you get a salty rim. Pour 30 ml of lime juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 50 ml of tequila and 25 ml of triple sec liqueur into a shaker. Add 200 g ice cubes and shake. Pour the cocktail through a strainer (strainer) into glasses and garnish with a circle of lime.

Pour 75 ml of orange juice and chilled champagne into a tall glass. Stir gently.
