This quick, satisfying and healthy breakfast option will appeal to both adults and children.
Ingredients:
Lavash - 3 sheets; Cottage cheese - 180 grams; Cheese - 150 grams; Salt and spices - to taste; Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
For this dish, it is best to use round sheets of pita bread or cut them to fit the pan.
Rub the cottage cheese with salt and spices, grate the cheese. Put a sheet of pita bread on a frying pan greased with oil (you can also add a couple of tablespoons of water to the bottom). Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with a second sheet. Next - cottage cheese, again pita bread and the rest of the cheese on top.
Fry the pie in a covered pan for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can add any ingredients to the filling: boiled meat or chicken, vegetables, cheese, mushrooms, etc.
We will need:

Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees. Cut off the top of the buns and carefully scoop out the pulp. Lay out the filling.
