Lavash pie with cottage cheese and cheese

 

This quick, satisfying and healthy breakfast option will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients:

Lavash - 3 sheets; Cottage cheese - 180 grams; Cheese - 150 grams; Salt and spices - to taste; Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

 

For this dish, it is best to use round sheets of pita bread or cut them to fit the pan.

Rub the cottage cheese with salt and spices, grate the cheese. Put a sheet of pita bread on a frying pan greased with oil (you can also add a couple of tablespoons of water to the bottom). Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees. Cut off the top of the buns and carefully scoop out the pulp. Lay out the filling.

Beat each egg with a spoonful of milk, add salt and spices. Pour the egg into the bun and send it to the oven.

Soak buckwheat in the evening in cold water and leave in the refrigerator, covered with a lid. In the morning, rinse the cereal thoroughly and pat dry. Add buckwheat, milk (oatmeal is ideal), lemon juice and sugar to the blender bowl. Beat everything until smooth, but so that small grains remain. Everything, a healthy breakfast is ready to serve.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place in a deep bowl. Add the same egg, sour cream, sifted flour, chopped herbs. Salt and pepper to taste, stir.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay out the cheese dough, leveling it. Fry the tortilla on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
