Not only is chicken meat a source of lean protein - it can also be found in a variety of other foods.

When it comes to protein , chicken is probably the first thing that comes to mind. These macronutrients, which are essential for weight loss , actually come in many shapes and sizes. Moreover, eating a monotonous diet, such as chicken and salad, for days is not good for healthy habits. 
 
Lean protein is especially important for losing weight . The body needs protein to maintain, restore and build muscle mass . In addition, it helps us stay full for longer.

  • Pumpkin seeds. 30 g of them contain 5 g of protein . In addition to being eaten raw, they can also be baked.
  • Sardines. Consumption of 3 sardines provides the body with 24 g of lean protein.
  • Tuna. This type of fish can also provide valuable protein . In an amount of about 115 g, 28 g of maconutrients can be found.
