  • First breakfast at 7:00 am - 1 tomato, 1 boiled egg.
  • Second breakfast at 10:00 - 1 tomato, a piece of cheese.
  • Lunch at 13:00 - tomato salad with sunflower oil, boiled white chicken (about 100 g), kefir (or other yogurt).
  • Afternoon breakfast at 16:00 - 1 tomato and 2 pieces of cheese.
  • Dinner at 19:00 - tomato and pepper salad with sunflower oil, skim cottage cheese with cream.

You can change your meal time if getting up at 7 is not your thing. It is important to eat every 3 hours, the interval between dinner and first breakfast should be 12 hours.

After 3 days you will be amazed by the result - you will weigh 2-3 kg less.
