Others are constantly looking for new and new ways to lose weight, but the problem remains. There are those who choose to eat right and spend time exercising, but unfortunately, the latter are the least.
Let's see those who are still looking for the right path to a slim figure, whether they have a chance to succeed at all. If you are among them, do this test, the result of which will show what your options are for achieving the desired body.
Each answer "YES" brings you 10 points, and each "NO" is equal to 0 points.
1. Do you regularly do sports (exercise)?
2. Do you always know how many calories your menu contains?
