The yoghurt diet  or Barandov's diet  can last for 7 days, during which you will lose about 2 kilograms. Of course, all products must be unsalted. If you want to lose more weight, stick to this diet for a longer time (2 weeks, for example, to lose 5 kg), but the maximum is 3 weeks.

Breakfast is the same every day: coffee or tea without sugar, 2 biscuits or 2 pieces of cheese / yellow cheese.

Monday :

  • Lunch - a glass of whey, 2 oranges and 2 apples;
  • Dinner - 125 grams of nonfat cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 cucumbers.

Tuesday :

  • Lunch - 1/4 chicken (boiled), 2 cucumbers;
  • Dinner - 125 grams of cottage cheese, 2 cups of milk.

Wednesday :

  • Lunch - 10 grams of yellow cheese, 1 orange or apple.
  • Dinner - 200 grams of fresh vegetable salad, 2 boiled eggs.

Thursday :

  • Lunch - a piece of fish stuffed with vegetables, 2 cucumbers;
  • Dinner - 200 grams of salad vinaigrette, 1 boiled egg, 50 grams of boiled beef.

Friday :

  • Lunch - 125 grams of nonfat cottage cheese, 1 apple or orange.
  • Dinner - 100 grams of ham, 1 boiled egg, radishes (one bunch) or 1 tomato.

Saturday :

  • Lunch - a glass of whey, 2 apples or oranges;
  • Dinner - 125 grams of skim cottage cheese, 1 cup of milk.

Sunday :

  • Lunch - 100 grams of chicken breast (boiled), 1 cucumber;
  • Dinner - 100 grams of cheese, a bunch of radishes.
