For many, such information will come as a shock, because we are used to the fact that soup is the “first” and is usually used for lunch. However, soup is the softest and most nutritious breakfast. It is better if it is cooked in vegetable or chicken broth, that is, not too greasy and heavy. The liquid in the soup helps kick start the digestive process, while the nutrients from boiled vegetables and meat keep you feeling full longer.
Cottage cheese contains a lot of protein and beneficial bacteria, nuts improve brain function. But the main thing is that they are well digested only by the awakened digestive system.
The most useful, of course, is oatmeal. But it is better to alternate cereals. If you eat the same one every morning, you will get tired of it, and it will negatively affect the intestinal microflora. Therefore, remember about buckwheat, and about rice, and about millet. It is especially useful to cook and eat cereals with milk and add berries. But do not lean on semolina. There are few useful substances in it, and there are a lot of carbohydrates.
This is a wonderful dose of protein in the morning. In addition, eggs contain vitamins A, B and D. But remember the measure. Do not start with an egg every morning, because the yolk contains cholesterol, which is also necessary in small doses, but if it becomes too much, it is already dangerous for your blood vessels.
They include whole grain breads, greens, low-fat cheeses, grains, avocados, and boiled meats.
In a situation where you need a very fast, almost on the run, but at the same time a hearty and healthy breakfast, dried fruits are perhaps the best solution. A couple of dates, one prunes and dried apricots will already provide you with half of the necessary trace elements for an active life. You can eat them very quickly, even on the way somewhere, and the feeling of satiety that dried fruits give will remain for a long time.
Store-bought yogurt is high in sugar, preservatives, and thickeners. Therefore, it is better to eat homemade yogurt on an empty stomach. And you can cook it from milk and sourdough. Such yogurt will “wake up” your microflora and help it to work actively all day.
The recipe can be anything, the main thing is a minimum of fried and without hot spices. Stewed vegetables will give you the feeling of a full stomach, give you the vitamins you need, but will not irritate the intestinal walls, as raw vegetables would.
Definitely boiled or baked. Fish is rich in trace elements, useful acids and minerals. Fish with greens is a great start to the day.
Sweets are recommended to be eaten in the morning, but not for breakfast. But this rule does not apply to honey. It contains many useful substances necessary for the body. If you have a choice - tea with sugar or tea with honey, choose the second.
