The fluid is absorbed quickly, giving the body all its valuable substances.

In apple juice, as well as in other natural fruit and vegetable liquids, there are enzymes that are limited in every organism. They help process food, serve as catalysts. By consuming vegetables, fruits and juices from them, a person does not lose his enzymes, because in the listed products there are sufficient amounts of them and the stock in the body is preserved.
